For providers offering services to make homes more energy efficient.

For providers that install measures to make non-residential customers more energy efficient.

Residential Provider

These service providers install eligible energy efficiency measures at a customer site. The site must have residential electricity provided by Oncor (e.g. single-family, multi-family, and manufactured home units).

Commercial Provider

Commercial service providers install eligible energy efficiency measures at a facility with non-residential electricity provided by Oncor.

Self Provider

Building managers oversee facilities and may be planning to install energy efficiency measures that have metered electricity provided by Oncor with a demand exceeding 50kW.



I’M READY TO SIGN UP


Becoming an Oncor Energy Efficiency program partner is easy. Just follow these three simple steps:

STEP ONE

Read and complete our Agreement and provide your company information including tax ID number. Oncor will review the agreement for approval and provide you with a username and password.

Log into the Energy Efficiency Program Manager (EEPM) and complete the service provider profile.

Request applications for the program you’re interested in through the help desk at 1-866-258-1874 or e-mail at eepmsupport@oncor.com


As part of the profile, you will need the following*:

  • A commitment to fulfilling program objectives and competency in completing the proposed project
  • A description of your service provider firm, including relevant experience
  • Proof of applicable insurance licenses and permits in your company’s name
  • Evidence of good credit rating
