ALLEN NYE, CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND DIRECTOR



Allen Nye has served as Oncor’s Chief Executive and a member of our board of directors since March 2018. Prior to serving as Oncor’s Chief Executive, Mr. Nye served as Oncor’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and his responsibilities included oversight of all legal, regulatory and compliance matters. With a strong background as a partner at the law firms of Hunton & Williams LLP (now known as Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP) and Vinson & Elkins LLP, Mr. Nye focused on the representation of regulated energy companies before state and federal government agencies, including the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. An active community leader, Mr. Nye serves on the boards of various philanthropic and industry organizations.


JOEL AUSTIN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER



Joel Austin’s responsibilities span technology, measurement, and Oncor’s customer engagement operations. Building on Oncor’s excellence in process, technology and analytics, Mr. Austin is leading the fundamental transformation of how Oncor shares information with its 13 million customers. Mr. Austin has more than 30 years of broad experience in the technology, energy and finance industries, including at Oncor and its former affiliated companies. He serves on several educational and civic boards, including the Information Technology Operations Management Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University and the Business Council for the Arts.


MARK CARPENTER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, T&D OPERATIONS



Mark Carpenter oversees transmission grid operations, Oncor’s interface with ERCOT, the company’s distribution operation centers, Oncor’s distribution management and transmission management systems supporting Oncor’s operations, and Oncor's environmental and NERC compliance activities. Before being named to his current position, Mr. Carpenter held various management positions in technology, engineering and field operations throughout his career for Oncor and its former affiliated companies. Mr. Carpenter is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.


DON CLEVENGER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER



Don Clevenger has served as Oncor’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2018, a position in which he oversees accounting, treasury, internal audit, asset investment strategy, and risk management. Prior to his current role, Mr. Clevenger headed Oncor’s strategic planning organization and was responsible for evaluating market trends, identifying best practices and establishing innovative ways to enhance Oncor’s position as an industry leader. He has also served in various other leadership roles at Oncor, with responsibility for Oncor’s external affairs organization and legal organization.


DEBBIE DENNIS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER AND CHIEF HR OFFICER




Debbie Dennis is responsible for customer service, community relations, corporate communications, economic development, and all human resource activities at Oncor including performance and talent management, rewards strategies, and employee and labor relations. She also shapes the strategic direction of Oncor’s community involvement and volunteer initiatives, drawing upon her years of experience with Oncor to ensure that these efforts align with the company’s philanthropic and business goals. Ms. Dennis has been with Oncor and its former affiliated companies for more than 40 years and has held a number of different leadership roles. Ms. Dennis is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is a graduate of Leadership America, Leadership Texas and Leadership Dallas. She is also an active member of several nonprofit boards.


JIM GREER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER



Jim Greer oversees all distribution and transmission engineering construction, maintenance and operations, and system operations activities at Oncor. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Greer headed Oncor’s asset management and engineering efforts and was responsible for the development of strategies, policies and plans for optimizing the value and performance of the system and related assets. He has been with Oncor and its former affiliated entities since 1984. Mr. Greer has held a number of management and leadership positions in Oncor as well as in its former affiliated companies, spanning such areas as engineering, operations and governmental relations. He is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.


ANGELA Y. GUILLORY, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE AFFAIRS



Angela Guillory is responsible for Oncor's human resource and corporate affairs functions including performance and talent management, reward strategies, and employee and labor relations. Prior to her current role, she led the company's customer and market relations functions. Ms. Guillory has been with Oncor and its former affiliated companies since joining as an intern in 1990, and throughout her career at Oncor has gained experience in several different departments, including engineering, distribution operations, rates and regulatory, customer experience, and customer and market operations.


MATT HENRY, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY



Matt Henry oversees Oncor’s legal and compliance matters, along with the company’s regulatory and governmental affairs activity. Prior to joining Oncor in March 2018, Mr. Henry practiced law as a partner in the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he led the firm’s energy regulatory practice and focused on representation of regulated energy companies before state and federal government agencies, including the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Before joining Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Henry was a partner in the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP (now known as Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP).


MALIA HODGES, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER



Malia Hodges is responsible for Oncor's information technology function including strategy and operations, technology investment management, and cybersecurity operations. Prior to her current role, she led and was responsible for the execution of Oncor's technology investment portfolio and organizational change management activities. Before joining Oncor in 2014, Ms. Hodges was with Sendero Business Services, L.P., where she advised clients, including Oncor, on the implementation of various strategic technology and customer engagement initiatives. Ms. Hodges also has experience in management consulting, organizational design and change management, global delivery and operations management, business process design and digital grid operations.
